The King Room with Park View was a dream! The views over the park were gorgeous and sooo peaceful-I slept like a baby. The staff went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. They made sure to keep my coffee flowing!

Comfortable Stay with Room to Improve

Stayed for two nights in a Superior Twin Room. The staff greeted us warmly, and room service was prompt. However, struggling with the blinds took away from the experience. Try to arrive early for dinner. we enjoyed the nearby restaurants, as room service had a lengthy wait. Would return!

After a long day of travel, we took a short walk to beautiful Commonwealth Park. The park was perfect for letting our young child stretch their legs. The staff at the hotel were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcomed, especially the breakfast team who provided a great start to our mornings.

In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant's service was far below what we expected. It took way too long to receive our meals, and they arrived cold. For families with children, it would be great if they could improve their dining experience to make it more efficient.

Couple's Delight

Had a great time with my partner, especially when the staff upgraded our room for no extra cost. The breakfast buffet was a revelation, barista-made coffee, it was like a shot of pure bliss.
